Super happy with our Barkly leash! Right off the bat, you can tell the leash is high quality and well made. The lilac color is super cute! The retractable leash and stopper were easier to use than others we've tried, and we love the built in safety features for an extra added comfort when on walks.

This is a very nice, quality, and durable leash. My dog is 16 years old, so believe me... I've been through a lot of leashes!! Right off the bat, I can see this one is going to last! It is a nice soft lavender color which is very nice. Although, for my old man dog, I do wish there was a choice of colors. It has a SUPER loud alarm with a strobe light that goes off simultaneously. And it is easily activated without a thought if you ever need it in a panic for your security.. (God forbid!). The long 14' leash is really smooth going in and out and is tangle free! The handle has an easy locking mechanism. Also, in just the right spot for ease of use! I highly recommend this leash!

This Barkly leash was packaged extremely well came in a nice purple box and a nice little note card from seller. Now let's talk about the color i mean doesnt it speak for itself extremely GORGEOUS, its a nice light lilac purple color. The leash looks a Lil bulky which makes it look heavy but its not to heavy at all actually kinda light. The feel and material of the leash is made out of is really nice and smooth not cheap plastic like some other leashes you purchase that have the longer leash attached in them which is really nice. It's nice to know it has the safety feature on it that sounds an alarm if you have a safety concern or are in a bad situation. As far as how loud the alarm feature is or if it works cant really say yet because I havent had to use it thankfully. It also has a light up feature that also starts up if you have to hit the alarm but again can't say if its helpful because havent had to use it. But all in all I definitely recommend for anyone that likes to walk there dog alot not even just for the night but even in the day if you have to walk in bad area or even just go on a regular walk because the leash definitely long. So do yourself a favor and purchase this Barkley dog leash 🐶🐕🐾

A Quality Leash with a locking mechanism via a push button with an extremely loud piercing alarm if trouble finds your way.

How is it that this concept wasn't a reality until now?When I was more mobile, my dogs got walked at night around bedtime. I have to admit, even in my neighbor the lighting is particularly poor on certain nearby streets and I avoided certain areas because I didn't want to risk someone coming up from behind a car when I passed. I carried pepper spray and I was very willing to use it. Fortunately, I didn't need to.Now, I have this terrific leash and I can walk wherever I please (though I am not going to engage in risk choices/behaviors) solely because of its features. I like how the safety buttons are convenient to engage when necessary. The siren would probably be heard inside a nearby home (unless they have a loud radio or television blasting). The strobe light also pinpoints your location so those rescuing you can find you easily.If your pup needs a walk after dark, you really need to use this. Also, if your environment is unsafe due to weather or environmental situations (if your trip features uneven terrain or slippery slopes), you can also use the light to help you navigate the area.At the current price of $50, I think it is a very reasonable price to get the security and peace of mind.

This leash is great with a personal alarm installed in the handle. It's durable, easy to handle and I love the alarm. Its loud and the light flashes when you push it. The handle is soft and the leash itself is durable enough for our fur baby.

Really cute leash. Functional and works well. It's a great size for my daughter's Boston Terrier (about 15 lbs). The selling point for this leash is that it includes a very, very loud siren at the push of a button. This feature works well, and though I don't worry as much about being attacked by a neighbor or a person while walking my daughter's dog, I do worry about wildlife in the area. This is loud enough to scare off an off leash dog or coyote. It might even scare off a hawk or an owl (yes, my dog is small enough to be prey for large birds). I won't use it unless absolutely necessary, though - since it terrifies my own dog! It does the job getting attention of everyone to pay attention to you, for sure!

I love this leash because it’s really light weight, but it has a medium with leash inside. So it’s light and strong.The most important aspect to this leash for me is the alarm. We have a lot of coyotes in the area.The button for the alarm is convenient and easy to find in a panic. Plus it turns off quick.It’s a beautiful lavender color. It fits perfectly in smaller hands like mine. It’s high-quality material. Plus the addition of an alarm does not add any weight to the leash. It’s absolutely worth the money.

With safety in mind this is a good looking, well made leash that is also larger than expected. The safety alarm and bright flashing light will put you at ease especially when dark. That said I would like to have the option to switch it to a non flashing too. The siren really is loud enough to get attention if needed. The leash is a generous fourteen feet, two more than my old one, giving my 20 pound pup. This leash is built strong and made to last.

This leash is genius. Best invention for dog owners, hands down. I finally feel safe walking my dog at night thanks to the alarm, and I love that it’s all built right into the leash! It’s one of those things you don’t realize you need until you have it and now I can’t imagine not having it!
